Michael A. Dejana is the founder and Managing Director of AiM Fidelis Asset Management.
Michael is a seasoned investment professional with over 35 years’ experience managing client assets and investment management businesses in the global wealth management marketplace.
Michael played a key role in establishing the discretionary investment business of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) International Wealth Management where he was responsible for $2.0 billion in client assets. He was Chief Investment Officer, Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.
Michael is a strong believer in collaboration, knowledge sharing, coaching and actively promoting a client-focused culture. He is committed to delivering excellence in investment performance and client service and to earning and maintaining the trust of clients.
He was Co-Chair of RBC’s International Wealth Diversity Council and played a key role in promoting a diverse workplace.
Michael has an excellent reputation in risk management as evidenced by a longstanding strong audit, regulatory and compliance record. He has personally interacted with regulators from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as with leadership of the Securities Industries and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
Michael has worked in the United Kingdom and has traveled extensively in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
He is a graduate of Fairfield University and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 63 and 65.
Michael speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. He resides in New York City with his son and family where he is a member and supporter of the Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Opera.
Adelfa Rosario is the founder and Managing Director of AiM Fidelis Wealth Solutions.
She has worked serving individuals and their families for over three decades. Adelfa is focused on listening to and understanding clients’ objectives in order to provide personalized solutions. She partners with other professionals to deliver and develop a comprehensive, optimal individualized plan.
Adelfa works with clients at all stages of their life, and focuses on understanding their values, priorities, investment objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. She takes pride in earning the right to be their trusted advisor. She is focused on keeping true to the core values by providing an ethical, dependable, confidential and customized approach.
Her career in the financial industry started in 1980 at The Bank of New York. She joined Citibank, N.A. International Private Banking in 1983, where she managed high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. She joined Midland Bank PLC in 1989 and in 1990 moved to Barclays Bank International Private Banking until its acquisition in 2002 by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).
She has been recognized for her achievements throughout her career and was nominated to Chairman and Executive Council’s award for thirteen consecutive years at RBC.
She is a graduate of New York University Stern School of Business and holds FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66.
Adelfa resides in New York City with her two daughters and family. She enjoys travel, the arts, and music. She is a member and donor of the Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
